Abhilash holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita, and Masters in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He holds Professional Certificates in Architecture and Systems Engineering from MIT, Industry 4.0 from HkPolyU, Digital Manufacturing and Smart Factories from IISc. Currently pursuing PhD in Computer Science at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham while consulting for IndusKLabs. His career of 23 years has been spread across Services, R&D, and Startups. His efforts at ABB R&D, as Principal Engineer led to a platform, 8 patents, over 20 publications and a great team. At Learnovate, Trinity College, Dublin, he led the 21st century skills learning platform. At Part Analytics, a Startup he was Architect working with supply chain 4.0. He has taught Architecture and Design and Reinforcement Learning courses. As a Senior Member of IEEE, ACM, INCOSE, TiE and CSI, he has delivered many invited talks. As a Mentor of Change, and EXPA CADET trainer, he keeps mentoring students and support their re-skilling. He enjoys assisting people and organizations leapfrog by an leveraging Leadership, Trend Analysis, and Continuous experimentation.
